CNC - Laser welding has many benefits, such as a high reproducibility, an optical nice result and minimised finishing operations. However, these are not the only benefits:

- Finishing is no longer required or is minimised
- Hardly any heat input so straightening (afterwards) is usually no longer required
- Welding of material that is difficult to weld is often possible
- Welding of tubes with thinner wall thickness
- High productivity of the process
- Quality improvement of the product due to the limited heat input
